User Agreement
By using the laundry or textile washing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of Laundromat, as detailed below.
Facility Usage Principle
Laundromat do not offer reservations. All machines operate on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.
Washing and Drying Restrictions
Washing and drying of the following is prohibited in the Laundromat facilities:
- sandy or muddy clothes or textiles;
- clothes or textiles from which large pieces of dirt can detach;
- clothes or textiles from which loose parts, such as buttons or glitter, etc., can detach;
- pet textiles;
- carpets;
- rubber products and textiles with rubber components.
Laundromat assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from non-compliance with the above provisions.
Do NOT Use Your Own Detergents
You may not use your own washing, softening, bleaching or other cleaning products. High-quality detergents and softeners are added automatically to washing machines, which are included in the washing price.
User Responsibility
Before using a Laundromat washing machine or dryer, check the condition of the appliance and make sure there are no other customers’ clothes left in the appliance. Laundromat accepts no responsibility for damage to or dye staining of your clothing.
Weight Limits and Capacity
Do not exceed the maximum weight indicated on the Laundromat washing machine and dryer you have chosen.
Washing Instructions and Liability
Wash and dry your laundry according to the instructions on the labels of the clothes you are washing. Laundromat accepts no responsibility for defects or damage to your clothing if you have not selected the appropriate washing or drying programme for your clothing.
Dryer & Washer Restrictions
Do not use Laundromat dryers if the label on the clothes you are washing says that they cannot be tumble dried, or if the clothes label has not been preserved and you do not know whether the clothes can be tumble dried.

Unattended Items (During & After)
Do not leave your clothes unattended while they are being washed or dried. Laundromat is not responsible for your clothes left unattended.
If the washing or drying programme has finished, immediately remove your clothes from the washing machine or dryer. If you do not unload your clothes from the washing machine or dryer at the end of the programme, your clothes may be removed by other customers who need to use the appliances. Laundromat is not responsible for your clothes left unattended.
Conduct and Facility Use
Do not crowd, keep your distance and do not disturb other customers.
The Laundromat space is not intended for the storage of laundry, not even temporarily, or for any other type of luggage or personal belongings.
Takeaway food and drinks are not allowed in the facilities.
Cleanliness
Maintain order and cleanliness in every Laundromat locations. Pick up the waste after yourself.
Use of Laundromat Baskets
Laundry baskets are intended for use exclusively on Laundromat premises and may not be taken outside.
Video Surveillance
Video surveillance is carried out in all Laundromat locations.
Opening Hours Policy
Please note that if the washing or drying programme you have selected is not finished before the end of the opening hours, it will be possible to finish washing or drying, but do not start a new programme after the closing hours.
Safety Checks
Do not wash items that contain flammable or hazardous substances.
Check your clothes for sharp or metal objects that could damage the machine.
Don’t forget to check your pockets before washing your clothes make sure you did not forget (tissues, receipts, keys).
