THE WASHING PROCESS
Step 1: Load the machine
Place your laundry into the machine size that fits your load (10 kg, 15 kg, or 20 kg) and close the door.
Step 2: Select the machine on the kiosk
Select the number of your washing machine. Choose your desired program and temperature on the kiosk.
⚠️ Note: Detergent and fabric softener are automatically included.
Step 3: Pay
Choose a payment method, and pay (using a bank card, Girbau Laundry Pay App [available for free download on the App Store and Google Play], cash or your Laundromat card).
Step 4: Start the washing machine
Close the washing machine door and press the start button on the machine’s display.
Step 5: Unload the clothes
Once finished, remove your clothes and check that nothing is left inside the drum.
No, you don’t need to bring anything from home. Professional, eco-friendly detergent and fabric softener are already included in the price. Our machines automatically dose the correct amount for each cycle, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Hygiene is a top priority for us. The machines are automatically sanitized at the end of each washing cycle. In addition, you have the option to run a free sanitizing cycle before loading your laundry into the drum. This guarantees that the drum is perfectly clean before your clothes go in.
Yes, our machines are equipped with a delicate cycle. Additionally, the delicate program uses detergents designed specifically for sensitive fabrics.

THE DRYING PROCESS
Step 1: Load the dryer
Take a basket and transfer the clothes from the washing machine into a dryer.
Step 2: Select the machine on the kiosk
Select the dryer on the kiosk. Choose the drying temperature.
Step 3: Pay
Choose a payment method, and pay (using a bank card, Girbau Laundry Pay App [available for free download on the App Store and Google Play], cash or your Laundromat fidelity card).
Step 4: Start the dryer
Press the start button on the dryer to begin drying.
Step 5: Unload the clothes
Remove the clothes from the dryer and fold them.
Of course! Drying wet clothes at home can take days and drastically increases the humidity in your house, which can lead to mold. You can just bring your wet laundry to us and use our industrial dryers to get your clothes dryed and ready to wear in minutes.
Most of the time, no. Because our drums are so large, the clothes have plenty of room to tumble freely. If you fold them as soon as the cycle ends, it significantly reduces wrinkles.
Yes, it is much more affordable. For instance, you can easily wash and dry two large duvets together in our 20kg machine, which costs significantly less than paying per individual item at a traditional dry cleaner.
PAYMENTS & LOYALTY CARD
You pay directly at the central payment terminal inside the location.
We highly recommend getting a Laundromat Loyalty Card right there at the terminal, as it automatically gives you a 10% discount on every wash and dry.
Yes, the payment terminals give change.
The customer card can be obtained for free from the payment terminal.
To receive the free card, you need to deposit a minimum of 75 RON onto it.
Follow the instructions on the kiosk, select the deposit amount, make the payment, and receive your card instantly.
No, it’s highly flexible. You can use your loaded credit whenever you want, without limits or complicated conditions.
The minimum top-up amount is 25 RON.
Yes, our central payment terminal accepts both cash and contactless card/phone payments for your convenience.

Typically, a full cycle (washing and drying) takes just about 45 minutes. You can have your entire week’s laundry done in under an hour.
Not at all. Because our locations are conveniently placed near major shopping centers, you can grab a coffee, read a book, or finish your daily grocery shopping while the machines do the work.
Yes. The machines lock securely while running, and our locations are video-monitored for your peace of mind. You can safely go run errands.
It is designed to be as simple as possible. You just place your clothes in an available machine, go to the payment terminal, select your machine’s number, choose your program, and pay. The machine adds the detergent automatically and does all the work for you.
No reservations are needed. It’s a fully self-service system, so you just walk in and use any available machine whenever it fits your schedule.
